不具合？スレッド内の画像をクリックしても拡大表示ができない

社内スタッフの方（無料ユーザー）がスレッド内にアップした画像が、突然サムネイルをクリックしても拡大表示されなくなりました。

当人がクリックしてもダメで、彼女がアップした画像を他の人がクリックしても拡大できません。

他の有料プランに入っている方の画像に関しては問題なく拡大表示することができます。

ここでも以前は問題なく拡大できましたが、原因は完全に理解できません。

• You mentioned the issue is happening for Free users but not for paid users. Does this mean it’s occurring on boards that belong to a Free workspace?

• Is the image being added as a comment, or is it uploaded as a card cover?

• Could you also ask the affected user to try accessing Trello from a different browser to check if this might be a cache-related issue?
