Не приходят уведомления на телефоне

Андройда 9, EMUI 9.1.0, версия приложения 2023.6.2.5036

В прочем, они и раньше не приходили. В настройках включены следующие параметры. Нужны уведомления "в шторку". Как это настроить?

Can you please check if you are 'watching' any cards, boards, or lists?

Not every event or activity in Trello will generate a notification, so it’s possible that you’re not meeting the correct conditions to trigger a notification. For example, in order to receive a notification for a due date on a card, you need to be either a member of or watching the card.

Как мне узнать, какие доски, просматриваю? Я администратор двух и участник ещё нескольких, мне не приходят и не приходили уведомления ни по одной из них

Hi!

You can check if you have an eye icon at the top of the board. If it does have the icon, it means that you're watching the board.

Which kind of notification do you expect to receive? For example, were you mentioned in a card and didn't receive a notification?

Я не вижу такого значка. Что нужно, чтобы он появился? 

Мне не приходят никакие уведомления вообще. Необходимо видеть новые комментарии, новые карточки и так далее.

If you don't see a 'watch' icon, it means you are not watching the board so you will not receive notifications.

If you'd like to receive notifications for all actions taken on that board, you will need to watch the board. To do so, open the board menu, click on More, and then select Watch.
