Hi y'all, I've created a "manual edition" of my Hooked on Zero task prioritisation system and added it to this board:

The thesis here is that, rather than using either due dates or an "ordered list" to prioritise, you're better off creating a series of shortlists by using quick yes/no decisions in a "left/right swipe" model and "shunting" each list over to the right as you go.
