What trainings have been the most beneficial to your team that supports JIRA administratively (server and core configuration) and those that support it functionally (workflow, statuses, etc.)

Hi Brant! What we do is watch all the enablement academy courses and read the documentation, and practice, a lot of practice, we normally get in groups to ask each other questions to see what are our weak points and keep studying and practicing a lot.
