Y’all, we’re over halfway through November! 😲 This is the time of year where many of us are gearing up for holidays, get-togethers, or frantically trying to wrap up work projects before the end of the year. For me, I like to take this time of year to reflect on what I’m thankful for! So, in the spirit of giving thanks, I’d like to share what I’m thankful for in the Atlassian Learning world.
I’m thankful for…
A new, unified Atlassian Community where I can quickly find cool posts (like this one!) in Forums, awesome learning content in Learning, and fun Events in my community--all in one place!
A new, unified profile that shows off all the credentials I earned this year (including the new Rovo Fundamentals certificate, which is FREE!)
A beautiful user experience at Atlassian Learning, with fresh visuals and easier navigation
Tons of new on-demand content, including paths focused on Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo
Free Atlassian training classes that anyone can join
@Julia Eddington's Behind the scenes with Atlassian Learning posts, which are always a delight to read
My awesome team, who are some of the most creative and collaborative folks I’ve worked with (and the authors of the content you see on Atlassian Learning!)
This Training & Certification group! I love reading your posts and comments. I’m also thankful I’ve been able to meet some of you in person at some local Events.
And on a personal note, I’m thankful for my partner, Tim, and my cat, Tortilla Soup!
What are you thankful for? (Doesn't have to be learning related!) Share your thoughts in the comments!
To the entire Atlassian Learning Development team :
Thank you for your efforts, as a Newlassian, I have used the learning portals, trainings and completed 2 industry standard certifications that gives me an added advantage while pitching for our products to customers.
I recommend highlighting this during the the initial 30 days to new joiners will benefit them in a long run and continuous learning for existing team members to upskill on newer topics.
Thank you once again and keep rocking.
That's so awesome, @Ashwini Krishnan !! I'm so happy to hear that our resources helped you ramp up as a Newlassian. Congrats on your certifications!
This past September, I had to migrate our Bamboo and Bitbucket data center instances to a new server, a new URL, and upgrade both applications. We also had to update 60 remote agents on different servers/VMs. All of this within the same day!
My team and I started at 8:00 am and didn't end until 11 pm on a Saturday. I had to make several P1 support requests that day and each time the Bamboo and Bitbucket support teams responded in less than 15 minutes!!
I'm so grateful for their support and couldn't have accomplished the migration and update without their help.
Thank you very, very much!
I'm thankful to work with an amazing team, have the ability to work remotely which helps me take care of my family's needs, and the ability to volunteer my time and donate to causes I care about (including the Atlassian Community!)
