Hello, I think there's a misunderstanding.

You receive a badge for completing a learning path.

You receive a certificate for passing a certification exam.

You have completed Atlassian courses for that you can earned badge, but not certificates. To obtain a certificate, you likely need to pass the corresponding certification exam.
