I completed the Get the Most Out of Rovo course using my personal Atlassian account. After finishing, I went to the Earn the Rovo Fundamentals certification page and clicked Certification Portal, which took me to CertMetrics. Since I was on my work computer, I accidentally created a new CertMetrics account using my work email. It was odd as it didn't ask me to log in, but it did ask me to access account information, that I assumed was my personal account I was logged into, but it grabbed work information instead.
I went ahead and took the certification exam and passed, after is when I realized the mix up.
Is there a way to transfer the certification to my personal account or should I retake the exam under my personal Atlassian account instead?
Hi @Jason Krewson I also had faced this issue.
There is an option to switch/add 2 accounts to merge all our records(certifications, badges, learning,etc..).
Go to certmetrics portal https://cp.certmetrics.com -> Under Profile Section -> Go to My Information --> add your personal email
Go to Profile Section -> Click on Affiliations -> add work email
This merges both our work and personal email IDs. So that we can login using any of the two emails.
Please try this and let me know if that worked, helped you.
I followed your steps, added my work email under affiliations, will see if it merges them tomorrow, so far it doesn't seem so.

My team has flagged your duplicated accounts today. Since we do not allow more than one account for the individual, we have merged them for you. Now you should have a single profile with all your certificates.
