Is taking just the ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations pre courses enough to pass the exam? Or is the other documentation that anyone recommends to pass this test. This would be my first certification so I'm a little nervous.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Yes I was able to pass it at Team 24 with just the pre-courses.
@Malee The prep course will certainly get you very close, but it would also help to also play around in a Jira Service Management project.
Okay so I've been working within JSM for 2+ years so that makes me feel better. Thank you!
@Malee if you have been using JSM for a couple of years I think you should be fine.
Personally, I find that terminology study is the most important I end up using "non-Atlassian" terms when communicating about things with coworkers.
Good luck! I hope you can comment back here that you passed!
I passed! There are some tricky questions with how they are worded, so some of them had me stumped. But I passed! :)
Congratulations! I am about to take the examination next week and was hoping if you could share some tips on preparing? I just started using JSM two months ago and do not have a lot of hands-on experience. What other than prep courses would you recommend ? Thank you so much!
@Malee congratulations for passing the exam. any advice or tips? any dumps you practiced for ACA 910
