Introduction for Caitlin Simms in "Start Training & Certification"

Hello Everyone! I'm Caitlin and have been wanting to get certified as a Jira Cloud Administrator for a long time. Now I see there is a separate cert for Org Administrators and was feeling like I was falling down the rabbit hole for a long time. I have recently reeled myself back in and am working toward my Jira Cloud Admin cert again and would greatly appreciate the support of the community as much has changed on Atlassian University since I first started this journey.

Hi Caitlin! I work for Valiantys and one of my jobs is helping people prepare for this cert. Welcome back to this effort! :)

The best change since you may have returned is Atlassian University has its modules of free resources for you to run through here: https://university.atlassian.com/student/path/2243980-jira-administration-for-cloud-exam-success-resources . Their PDF guide of exam topics has also become much more comprehensive. 

Unofficially, I also recommend finding courses on Udemy. Shop around for ones that give the most practice questions for your money!
