Hi! I completed the course Get the most out of Jira and can't get the certificate, it didn't appear in the profile, but my colleague got it (attached image). Help me figure out what's wrong, please.

If you're referring to this Learning Path: https://community.atlassian.com/learning/path/get-the-most-out-of-jira, you'll want to check your profile. When you click the "My Learning" button, check for Completed courses. If it's now showing up there, you may have some tasks left to complete.
I would double check the learning path itself too, to ensure you've completed each aspect 100%.
