How can I renew my "Jira Service Desk Administrator (ACP-JSD)" certificate?

My certification as a "Jira Service Desk Administrator (ACP-JSD)" is set to expire on February 2, 2024. I am exploring options to either extend the certification or obtain a related badge that would allow me to maintain a valid certification in its place.

Similarly, I am facing a similar situation with my ACP-JPA certification, which is also expiring on February 2, 2024. They provided the alternative of obtaining the ACP-MJDP to replace it. Is there a similar alternative available for renewing or replacing the ACP-JSD certification?

Hi @Aya AlJboor,

The ACP-JSD certification isn't just expiring, it's being retired, so there isn't anything you can do to extend it.  Unfortunately, there isn't a Data Center version for this one yet.  But, you could earn the JSM Cloud version (ACP-420) if you were interested.
