I passed my first Atlassian certification and received an email saying that I can get a t-shirt. When I follow the instructions and go to https://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/en/benefits/program, the "claim benefit" button does not work. It does not forward me to the rewards platform or show my token.
How can I obtain my t-shirt?

Hello @Helena Drüeke
I have also faced the same problem, I reached out to support they told me that they are currently in the process of transitioning their swag from one vendor to another.
They said that it should work after May 8th.
Thanks,
Tushar
First, you need to claim your token, then you can browse items in the rewards webstore — I believe the link is https://rewardingu.com/. After that, select a T-shirt and choose your country. I received mine within 2–3 weeks.
I have submitted a ticket with Atlassian on this same issue. (CA-3477007) I was informed the below:
"The error is expected to persist for now, but by May 8, the merchandise from our new vendor will be available. At that time, you should be able to try again without any issues."
Ah, thank you for sharing.
I submitted a request through Atlassian Support, and they've reached out via email to get my tshirt size. YMMV!
The information on the portal has been updated:
NOTICE May 6, 2025: Atlassian is in the process of migrating vendors for the benefit T-shirt and orders cannot currently be processed. Please check back in two weeks for an update. We apologize for the delay.
It looks like the new supplier is set up, I was able to use 'Claim Benefit' yesterday
Thank you for posting- I hadn't heard back from Atlassian in the support thread I open. I was able to do this successfully as well.
I was never able to request mine, and now the option to claim the benefits has disappeared.
@Karina Rocha-Gabbard , make sure you're using this link https://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/en/benefits/programhttps://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/en/benefits/program
I was able to no problem. If not, submit a support ticket with Atlassian.
