How Do I Get My Voucher Number To Schedule Testing for my Certification?

I paid for Managing Jira Projects (ACP-610/ACP-620 Certification Prep). I have not yet received the voucher code to schedule my exam. I have submitted a ticket… no response. I emailed certification@atlassian.com, still no response. I need to schedule my exam to confirm the time off with my employer. This is ridiculous that I can’t get no one to respond.

You should get the voucher code in about 3 days.
