The core problem persists: PSI incorrectly lists my country of residence as USA instead of India, preventing mobile verification and blocking exam booking despite multiple escalations. This has resulted in three weekends lost, forcing me to revisit learned material for certifications including Jira Essentials, Confluence Essentials, Loom Essentials, and Rovo Fundamentals to achieve Atlassian Certified Teamwork Collection Specialist status. My ambition to become an Atlassian Online Champion in my India region now faces significant delays.
These delays not only disrupt my professional development but also affect my ability to contribute effectively in my role integrating Atlassian products. I kindly request immediate escalation for resolution, adherence to SLAs, and clarity on any compensation measures, such as exam vouchers or waived fees, to mitigate the lost time. Additionally, given Certiverse availability for these exams (voucher-required), please advise on transitioning or providing vouchers promptly.
