Error code when trying to book an exam

Hey everyone, has anyone encountered an error when trying to book an exam? 

 

it gives me no option on the screen to click other than continue booking, but then gives me an error code. 

 

I contacted support & they emailed me stating I needed to upload ID, but where? there is no option for it in this page or inside my account settings. 

 

Can anyone help me? Thanks!
