Certificate of Completion not received

I completed Jira Essentials (Server) training course as well as the lab but have not received the Certificate of Completion for this course.  Would someone be able to help me with this issue?

Thanks for the quick response.  I didn't raise an issue because I thought maybe someone would clue me in on something I was doing incorrectly on my end.  Thanks for the tip.
