I’m planning to attempt the **ACP-620: Managing Jira Cloud Projects** exam soon and I’d love to hear from anyone who has taken it recently or is preparing for it.

- Have there been any recent changes to the exam in 2025 compared to last year?
- What topics or question types should I focus on?
- Any recommended resources or mock tests that helped you?

There haven’t been major structural changes to the ACP-620 exam in 2025 so far, but Atlassian continuously updates question banks to reflect UI changes and new features (like Atlassian Intelligence and revamped project settings). I recommend reviewing the official exam topics again before your attempt.

Key Topics to Focus On:

• Project configurations (Issue types, workflows, screens, fields)

• Managing boards, permissions, and notifications

• Issue security and access levels

• Working with next-gen (team-managed) vs. classic (company-managed) projects

• Understanding the impact of global settings as a project admin

• Atlassian University’s Managing Jira Projects for Cloud course

• Skillbuilder and exam success course (offered within Atlassian University)

I took the ACP-620 recently — no major changes in 2025. Focus on Jira board configurations, permissions (especially "Move" and "Create" issue combinations), automation basics, and JQL. I'd recommend practicing on a free Jira Cloud instance and using mock tests like Raziman's Udemy course. Also, go through the Atlassian docs for each exam topic — they help a lot!
