Great series! 🙌 The "How I Atlassian" videos really resonate — seeing real workflows in action is so much more impactful than reading docs alone. One tip I picked up: using runbooks and checklists in Confluence alongside Jira to streamline incident triage and onboarding. It has made a huge difference in reducing on-boarding time for new engineers on our team.

I really like the direction of this. One thing I've learned is that people rarely struggle because they don't know a feature exists, they struggle because they don't know how someone actually uses it in their day-to-day work.

I agree with @zoltanersek _outpostlabs_dev_. Watching the video on using the define feature got me to go try it out myself. Since I write the documentation that Rovo is using as a source, I don't need to see the definition to learn what it is, but it might help me to know that I haven't described it correctly, haven't updated the documentation after a recent change, or need to correct Rovo for when other people use this feature.
