So why does collaboration still feel hard?

 

It’s because each tool works great on its own. But everything begins to splinter when different parts of a task live across three of them.

Multiply that by every project your team has ongoing.

 

The information exists but it's hidden across multiple tools, making alignment hard.

That's why you have so many meetings. Because the only way to get everyone up to speed is to get everyone on a call.

 

What am I saying?

Tools don't create alignment. Shared context does.

Agreed - tools help to bring alignment, but it needs to be clear so that everyone views it in the same context.
