How can I see row of implantation (not deployment) in panel scrum project?

I need to create a kind of column or other thing that show me if, one story finished may be send to production.

When I talk about production, I want to speak execute one story that tested and ok to implant in a client.

I would like to create anything in sprint in progress, to go along from finish sprint.
