Hi fellows; there is a Gap between the devops team, and the finantial benefits of a project, following the principle of continuos value. NPV, ROI, IRR, etc (the roles of product owner), are often too far from the development team. Any strategies suggested?. Thank you very much and best luck!!!

I think it's good to understand how each other operate, what each others' objectives are and what part each team plays in the total project. A successful project is the sum of all parts working cohesively together. Understanding other areas can give you a whole new perspective and may result in greater respect for each person or team's part.  I have had so many instances where IT and admin/accountsfrustrate each other. I'm always the one in the middle explaining to each group how to work together because I sit across both areas how know how each team likes to work.
