AI and TeamWork Lessons Learned

My teams are starting to leverage AI for the development work.  It really helps them focus on the objective while giving them alternatives that they may not have considered.  However, AI needs to be reviewed and monitored for context and accuracy.  For instance, AI Notes in MS Teams creates a good synopsis and action items, but it still needs human editing for validation.
