We make work better with Atlassian tools integrated with Slack and Teams.

This is through the following:

• Setting up notifications with our developers on PRs and anything that needs to be actioned
• Celebrating wins whenever a task is done by notifying the team via Slack
• Sharing documents from Confluence.
• Aligning workload by notifying us whenever a task is assigned to our QAs

* Yet to discover and set up notifications to Slack whenever there is a comment.

We have Slack, Jira, and Confluence well integrated with each other, and we have Github PR information integrated into Jira.

We also have Jira, Confluence and MS Teams integrated. I love how you can create a new ticket in Jira from MS teams. Such a great feature they added!
