Jira Software for Microsoft Teams app with JSM

As an JSM admin I heavily rely on the new Jira Software for Teams app. I don't look at my notification emails anymore for any of the updates on my ticket. I get instant notifications when

• there is a new ticket assigned to me or I am unassigned from a ticket
• some one commented on my ticket
  • group change
  • participants change etc.,
• status changed on any of my tickets
• when I am mentioned on a ticket

This plugin made my life easy navigating through a ton of tickets with ease on the fly. I have recommended it to other agents in my organization. Go Jira Software for Teams app!
