Am really very very happy to share my joy with all you lovely, inspiring people. I was awarded with overarching "Atlassian Teamwork Collection Specialist & Agile Devps Specialist" , Yesterday.
Balancing project deliveries, annual performance reviews, and personal growth pushed me to operate with more clarity and discipline.
On the delivery side, the focus was predictability and quality across engagements.
On the leadership side, it meant having meaningful conversations and setting direction for the team.
And personally, I stayed consistent with learning.
Glad to have completed multiple Atlassian certifications this month, strengthening my focus on enterprise implementations and Data Center → Cloud migrations.
Alongside this, my engagement with the Atlassian Community has deepened—interacting with leaders, contributing to discussions, and now preparing to deliver a virtual session.
- What stands out to me:
Growth comes from showing up consistently across delivery, leadership, and learning- not in isolation.
I’m keen to continue building in the Atlassian ecosystem—especially around large-scale migrations and enterprise use cases—and contribute more actively through sessions and community initiatives.
