Holidays or Holi-DAZE?! Help Your Future Self Prepare for the Holiday OOO!

I recently attended the Unplug for the Holidays with Atlassian Teamwork Collection webinar and LOVED seeing some of the tips and tricks the team shared. My team was SO lucky to recently upgrade to the Premium Teamwork Collection, so this will be a great way for me to get my feet wet with the new features as we head into the holiday season here in the United States! Here are a few of my favorite ideas:

🎧 Audio Briefings!! Summarize what you missed from a Confluence page agenda/meeting minutes. You can even customize your experience to make your overview shorter or longer, and even change the tone to professional, conversational, or playful. The audio briefing will include info from up to 9 links embedded in the page and you can add more links to other Confluence pages for even better results!

📝 Create an OOO Confluence page - Summarize your OOO needs, any tips and tricks for your team, notes about any pending work, and even a Loom to highlight any knowledge handoffs.

📹 Loom Meeting Recorder - This has to be my personal favorite improvement to my workflow. As a public benefit company, we're pretty cheap TBH. We have no other ability to record meetings at the moment, so this has been a game-changer! The summary and Confluence page that's auto-created make it easy to keep up with what was missed, what needs to be done, and/or what you can review!
