I would LOVE to use these features to bridge the gap using AI, but as you know, organizations that have enabled HIPAA-safe mode are restricted from using any of your Atlassian Intelligence features. A couple of AMAs ago, someone finally gave us HIPAA folks a bit of hope that AI for HIPAA environments is on the radar.

Is there anything more you can share about that? Is it something we just need to find our way to Anaheim in a few weeks to hear about?

Anything you can share regarding HIPAA and Atlassian Intelligence would be tremendous.

The bug submit is awesome! Any way that we could get that connected up to Atlassian support? Then we can capture our problem and open a support ticket directly in Atlassian support instead of our own Jira instance!

If I understand correctly, you are rolling this out to Loom licensed users. I wish we (Jira admin) could have used this feature when we submit a support request/bug to Atlassian (as a Customer), or when our customer (Unlicensed user, perhaps with an Atlassian account or a Portal-only account) raised a support request to us via our JSM help centre. 

I know that I (as a Loom-licensed user) can record a Loom and share the link with Atlassian Support. I was hoping this would be integrated into the Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) and JSM forms/request types within the Help Centre (similar to the "Record a Loom" option in the Loom support widget).

@Avery W_ Krouse Hi! Thanks for asking this question. While I don't have specific details I can share on timing or roadmap at this point, what I can tell you is that you are not alone in asking. This is a request we've heard from other customers too and I know it's very much on Atlassian's radar.

As for Anaheim, I'd never discourage a trip to Team! It's always a great opportunity to hear directly from product leadership and ask those kinds of questions in person. I can't promise specific HIPAA announcements, but it's the best venue to get the latest thinking straight from the source.
