Technical Issue: Account Provisioning for New Applicant (CloudFactory Portal)

Hello Atlassian Community / CloudFactory Support,

I am writing regarding a technical issue with an account invitation. I have been shortlisted for a new project and received an official "Shortlisted" notification on Saturday, March 21st.

The Problem:

  • I verified my email address on March 7th, 2026.

  • I have not received the follow-up "Step 1: Confirm Interest" or "Step 2: Login Credentials" emails.

  • When attempting to access the portal, the system returns a "User not found" error.

Today is the Monday, March 23rd deadline to have my profile in the "work-ready" stage. Since I cannot log in, I am unable to complete the required tasks.

What I have already tried:

  1. Checked Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders.

  2. Attempted a "Forgot Password" reset (User not found).

  3. Submitted the CW Support Form and emailed the Talent Team directly.

Could a moderator or team member please assist in manually triggering my account invitation or investigating why my March 7th verification is preventing the new project credentials from being issued?
