Thanks for confirming, new positions must be added directly to your Talent CSV data rather than being created from Jira issues. Update your current CSV template with the new position, ensuring you assign it a unique ID while keeping existing identifiers unchanged to preserve existing allocations and assignments.
Once updated, re-upload the file and check if the position appears. If the upload succeeds but the position remains missing, check your sync logs for CSV validation errors or reach out to Atlassian Support to investigate the backend import state.
