This week at Team '26, we announced the biggest updates to Talent and Strategy Collection yet: three new capabilities that turn strategic intent into a live, connected operating model, where leaders see what's actually happening, decisions reach the teams who execute them, and the cost of every priority is visible alongside the work.

What's covered

The blog walks through three spotlight announcements:

• 👥 Human and AI Capital Management in Talent: Workforce skills inferred from real work in the Teamwork Graph, plus AI adoption, usage, and spend visibility for both Atlassian and third-party AI tools, all tied to your strategic priorities.

• 🧭 Strategic Intelligence in Focus: A personalized command center where Rovo agents use the Teamwork Graph to surface what's on track, what's at risk, and what needs a decision today, with budgets, costs, and forecast vs. actuals from Funds living in the same view.

• 📐 Strategic Planning in Focus: A shared, living model where leaders rank what matters, see the cut-line of what's actually achievable given real capacity, and get risk signals from Rovo the moment something starts to drift.

• Talent: Workforce Skills. Skills inferred by Rovo from real work in the Teamwork Graph and mapped to positions, so you can find, filter, and visualize capabilities across your workforce. Q4 2026.

• Focus: Funds. Track budgets, forecasts, actuals, and benefits directly inside Focus, with values entered directly or imported from your financial systems of record. Plus support for non-labor costs categorized as capital, operational, or custom. Q2 2026.

• Focus: Strategic Events. A structured intake and decision flow for strategic trade-offs, capturing rationale, context, and a full audit trail. Q4 2026.

• Focus: Asks. Cross-team dependency requests with smart suggestions and clear ownership, so leaders can see and route what's blocking each priority. Q4 2026.
