Hi,

Do you have any way to pass the component values in  "xMatters flow designer - Create an incident (incident.metadata)"? 

Create incident >>Create incident inputs and outputs >> Metadata

Do you have any option to pass the component values?  

Please let us know what format of values needs to pass to metadata values?
