StatusPage - Webhook subscribers - free trial

Hi,

In the context of setting up a poc of Atlasian product Statuspage.io, we would like to obtain a temporary or trial 'Startup' license.
This is to test the integration with Opsgenie for the automatic creation and closing of incidents on statuspage.io.

If I understand correctly, you need to activate webhook Subscribers for this and this is not possible without a license.
What are the possibilities to get a free trial for this?
