I have customers who need the email notifications in French. Is there a way of creating an incident which sends out/translates the message in different languages

At the moment, Statuspage doesn’t support multilingual notifications (email/SMS/webhooks) or automatic translation per subscriber. When you send an incident update, the notification is delivered exactly in the language you write it in.
Teams that need to support multiple languages today typically either:
Include multiple languages in the same incident message (for example, English + French in one update), or
Maintain separate Statuspages per language, so that subscribers choose and receive updates only in their preferred language.
