Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Related to the question I asked about moving all of Statuspage behind customers' logged-in experience, could the "Subscribe to Emails" component be moved behind a logged-in experience. The use case is to ensure only customers and internal employees (like TAMs) are subscribing to these alerts.
Hi @lkao -
If you have a Private or Audience specific page, any page viewer who has permissions to view the page will be able to use the "Subscribe to Updates" feature. Page viewers will need to authenticate via SSO or get access by IP allowlisting to be able to subscribe.
Regarding your logged-in experience use case, you can refer to our previous post to help with your set up.
Hope this helps!
