New features: Uptime Showcase Export API and Start Date

We released Uptime Showcase 3 years ago and since then have seen major adoption by Statuspage users. Recently we have released some major enhancements to our Uptime Showcase feature including an uptime export API & introducing the concept of start date.

Uptime Export API

The Uptime Showcase is a rich source of information about a component's uptime/downtime history. Over the last few years, we have heard from our users that they would like to leverage this data. Using our new uptime export API endpoints you can begin making use of this data for internal reporting, etc.

Start Date

When you create or edit a component and enable the uptime showcase, you will now be able to choose the date on which you want that component’s history to begin. Viewers of your Statuspage will now be able to visually see when your component’s uptime history begins. See our uptime showcase docs for more details!
