But the repository does exist

after installing SourceTree, i got to the step where i can import my repository from GitHub

I experienced "No repository exists at that URL"

Although i do have an existing repository at 

https://github.com/OceansBlue2017?tab=repositories

That URL just provides a list of repositories. You need to click on the repo itself (or the repos themselves) to get a link that Sourcetree and GitHub can both understand.
