sourcetree crash after installed

When I installed the sourcetree, I followed the guide to the next step, choose the bitbuket. after I click the option, then crash !

I dont know what happen !

I uninstall and delete all, reinstall it, still same!

How to solve this problem, pls help me ! i need it to work!

- Which version of Sourcetree are you using?

- Which OS do you have?

- Are you using Bitbucket Server or Cloud?

- Can you try Wiping the Sourcetree preferences?

- What do the logs say? You can find them at Sourcetree logfile location.
