I have just installed sourcetree on my new macbook macOS ventura (13.2),

I have a github repository that as cloned from github, and I have a ssh key to connect with my github account which seems to be working just fine from terminal,

but when I open the repository from sourcetree I get an error straight away saying

'git log' failed with code -1:''

it cannot load even the local branch, actually it shows absolutely nothing whereas I can log commits and navigate local branches via terminal,

I tried to add an account but no ssh key is found and I have no option to select one, is there any special folder where my key should be visible for soucetree other than "~/.ssh"?

Is this a bug or am I missing anything?

I had to switch on "settings git tab" from "embedded Git" to "system Git" and it is working just fine now.

Just in case anyone else have the same problem in the future 😁
