i can not pull the code

I am sure i have the correct access rights and the repository exists.

1. i can pull code by terminal

2. i verify the ssh rsa key is right PIC3

but i can not pull code by sourcetree

Is the SSH key loaded in the agent? (ssh-add -l) There are times when it gets evicted unexpectedly on macOS. Does it work via HTTPS?
