The file structure for the recent release of iWorks (that was released with OSx Mavrics) is a package structue. the source tree is identifing that as folder so each small change in the iWorks file is recorded as a change in some inner file inside the package. Can you configure the source tree to ignore the inner structure and treat it as a single file (the same was as the OSx Finder is dealing with that) ?
