email, password, nothing works

For some reason settings file in my sourcetree was corrupted. The program told me it would fix itself and removed all my settings. now I cannot sign in, make pulls or find my repo no matter how I try. I try to reset my password but no email is sent from your direction. What do I do? We're on our last week of production and this is a really big inconvenience.
