does sourcetree for windows have "fluid staging" option?

i am on version 3.3.8 for windows, running windows 10. my work computer is a mac running latest version of macOS (catalina) and has sourcetree 4.0.1.

i started using the fluid staging view on the mac and really liked it, so wanted to use it on my windows machine but could not find it. so i have been trying to research for the last hour to make sure i am on the latest version of sourcetree for both machines and find anything i can about the fluid staging view. but came up with nothing.

does the windows version have the fluid staging view? if it does how can i enable it? if not, are there plans to make it available on the windows version?
