can't install Sourcetree on Windows 10

Hello, 

cannot install SourceTree on Windows 10 because of this Error Message

.NET Framework 4.7.2 and 4.7.1 are already installed. but installer cant recognize them,

can someone tell me how to fix this?

Depending on which version of Windows you are running there we have had reports of it not correctly reporting that 4.7.x is installed. I certainly had to reboot a few times.
