Win7 install problem

I tried to install latest version, it faild. I sent a bug report. Then I tried to install older version and got this???  Tried to enpty browser - did not help.

Sourcetree uses a WPF control to render the webview you are seeing, this in turn relies on Internet Explorer and its settings.

If you can login to https://id.atlassian.com from Internet Explorer successfully the registration stage in Sourcetree should work,

You might need to check your IE settings as follows:

1. open Internet Explorer
2. open the Developer tools, f12
   1. set the Browser Mode 10
   2. set the Document Mode Standards
3. open Cog/Internet options
   1. ensure the following settings are enabled
   2. Misc/Access data sources across domains
   3. Misc/Allow META_REFRESH
   4. Scripting/Active Scripting
