Why can I not log in?

I just created an account but I keep getting this error message when I try to log in to Sourcetree. Here is the error message: "Log in to continue - Log in with Atlassian account Something went wrong while attempting to validate your credentials."

Hi Ashia! Have you tried to log in to my.atlassian.com using your Atlassian account credentials, and see if you're able to log in?

Can you send us a screenshot of the step where you get stuck?

Which OS and Sourcetree version are you using?
