Why Source tree setup File couldn't install in Windows 10

I have Downloaded Source Tree 3.2.6  windows version, but couldn't install in my system. 

I have admin access and also no blocking in my system to install any software.

While trying run the setup file Source Tree screen is appearing and disappearing automatically. 

 

Looking for your support on priority to fix this issue.
