Where to find tag annotation message in SourceTree

SourceTree 1.6.8.

I can create tag with annotation, but cannot access the annotation message for existing tag.

I don't understand how to enter multiline annotation.

How to to access tag annotation in GUI?

Richt-click the tag in the tag list (not in the log view), and select "Details...".
