Where is the recent comments button for commits in SourceTree?

I just upgraded to SourceTree 1.6.3.0 ( windows version ) and noticed that the button / dropdown for selecting a recent comment to attach to a commit is gone. Has this feature been removed or just moved somewhere else? It's a big time saver to be able to add the same comment to multiple commits without having to retype it each time.
