You don't need a Bitbucket account to use Sourcetree. However, note that during the installation you'll be asked to register your copy of Sourcetree. To do that, you can simply use your Atlassian account (which you already have because you're logged into this forum 🙂). If you don't see the option 'Atlassian account' during the registration step, you can also use the option 'Bitbucket Cloud' as they both use the same account and credentials to log in.
