Unable to log into Bitbucket via sourcetree with TLS 1.3

We're having troubles logging into Bitbucket on SourceTree with TLS 1.3. Is it possible to use TLS 1.3 or does it only work on 1.2.

Same here on Windows Server 2022 with TLS 1.3 enable by default...
